Ajzah:
1 & 1/2 Cup maida

1 sachet Yeast (4 tsp)
1 tbsp cheeni
1/2 tsp namak

Tarqeeb:
Yeast, cheeni aur namak ko paani mein mila lein. Phir maiday mein thora sa tayl daal ker is mixture sey ussey ghoond lein. Phir 2 ghantay ke liye usey garam kapray sey dhanp dein.
Phir is ghonday hue aatay ko chotay chotay pizza ki shape ka kaat lein. Ek pan mein halka sa tayl laga ker yeh katay hue piece usmein rakh dein. Phir usper sauce*, sweet corn, hari pyaaz, beef/ chicken pepperoni aur akhir mein mozrella aur cheddar cheese daal ker 15-20 min key liye 200 degree centrigade per bake honay rakhdein.
Sauce*:
2-3 tbsp tayl
3 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp namak
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp sirka
1 tsp Oregano(1 tsp sey thora kam)
Pan mein tayl garam kerkey yeh saaray ajzah isi tarteeb sey daal ker paka lein. Sauce tayaar.
English Translation
For Dough:
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 Cup Plain flour
4 tbsp Oil
1/2 Cup Warm Water
1 sachet Yeast (abt 4 tsp)
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
Mozrella & Cheddar cheese
Sweet corns
Spring onion
Beef /chicken pepperoni
Method:
Add yeast, sugar & salt in warm water and mix.Then use this mixture to knead plain flour(add oil in flour). Make a dough and leave for about 2 hours by covering it with damp(warm) cloth.
Now roll the dough and cut it in small circles with the help of cookie cutter or glass and then put in already greased oven tray.
Put a layer of sauce* on it then top it with sweet corns, some spring onions, a piece of beef/chicken pepperoni and finally sprinkle both shredded mozrella and cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 mins on 200 degree Centrigade.
For Sauce:*
2-3 tbsp Oil
3 tbsp Tomato Puree
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tsp Oregano(a little less than 1 tsp)
Heat oil. Then add the above ingredients in same sequence and the sauce is ready.
