Sandwiches

Ajzah:
1/4 kg ubli hui Chicken(shredded)
2 Anday (ublay hue) (kattay hue)
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp namak
3/4 tsp safayed mirch

Tarqeeb:
Saaray ajzah ko achi tarahn mila lein. Buns ko kaat ker usmein Salad ka patta rakhker is mixture ko bun per laga dein.

Ingredients:
1/4 kg Boiled Chicken(finely shredded)
2 Eggs (boiled) (finely shredded)
3 tbsp Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp White Pepper

Method:
Mix all ingredients together. Take long buns. Cut them and put a lettuce leaf inside and fill it up generously with the prepared mixture.
