Peri Bites (Nandos)

Ingredients:
  • Green chilies 20
  • Fresh bread crumbs as required
  • Oil for deep frying
  • For Filling:
  • Mayonnaise 4 tbsp heaped
  • Keri cheese cubes 6
  • Crush pepper sieved ½ tsp
  • Lemon salt ½ tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Chicken breast 2 (cut into thin strips)
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Paprika ¼ tsp
  • Black pepper ½ tsp
  • Peri peri sauce 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • For Batter:
  • Flour 4 tbsp heaped
  • Corn flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Rice flour 3 tbsp heaped
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Egg 1
  • Chilled milk as required to make batter
Method
  1. For Batter: Mix all batter ingredients in a bowl.
  2. For Chicken: Marinate chicken with salt, garlic paste, paprika, black pepper, peri peri sauce, lemon juice, soya sauce and vinegar.
  3. Then grill chicken breast in 2 tbsp oil.
  4. Give slit on green chilies and remove the seeds.
  5. Mix all the ingredients together for filling in bowl.
  6. Fill 1 tsp into each green chili.
  7. Dip in prepared batter, roll twice in bread crumbs.
  8. Chill for 1 hour and deep fry till light golden.

Chicken Shawarma

  • Ingredients:
  • Chicken ½ kg (boneless)
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • White vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Cinnamon 2 tbsp (grinded)
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chili sauce 3 tbsp
  • Yogurt 3 tbsp
  • Pita bread 1
  • Onion slice as required
  • Salad leaves as required
  • Tahini Sauce:
  • Tahini 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Garlic paste ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • White pepper ¼ tsp
Recipe:
  1. Cut boneless chicken into strips
  2. Marinate chicken strips with garlic paste, white pepper, salt, soy sauce, white vinegar, cinnamon, chili sauce and yogurt for an hour.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in frying pan, add marinated chicken and fry for 10 minutes until it tenderize.
  4. Now put fried chicken over pita bread.
  5. Then add tahini sauce, onion and salad leaves and fold it.
  6. Serve hot with tahini sauce or chili garlic sauce.
  7. Tahini Sauce: Add tahini, yogurt, garlic paste, salt and white pepper in blender and blend well.

Jelly Melly

Ajza:

1 LTR doodh
2 PACKETS banana jelly
6 tbsp Cheeni
6 scoops vanilla ice-cream

Tarkeeb:

1 ltr of doodh, jelly, cheeni and ice-cream blender mein daal dein.
Achi tarhan blend karein aur glass mein nikal lein.
Takreeban 5-6 logon ke liya.



Ingredients:

1 LTR MILK
2 PACKETS of banana jelly
6 tbsp sugar
6 scoops of vanilla ice-cream

Recipe:

Add 1 ltr of milk, jelly, sugar and ice-cream into a blender.
Blend together and pour out into glasses.
Serves 5-6 people.

Tomato Soup

Ajza

1 kg Timatar (3 timatar key slice kar lein baki timatar ko 4 tukron mein kat lein)
2 leek (hara piyaz ki eik kisam)
1 Piyaz
1 tbsp mukhan
1 cup doodh
2 tbsp Chicken powder (instead 4 no. chicken cubes)
1 tsp kali mirch pissi hui
1 1/2 jug pani


Tarkeeb:

Mukhan ko eik pan mein daal kar garm kar lein. Phir us mein oil key kuch qatrey daal dein. Leek, piyaz daalein aur piyaz ko narm kar lein. Yaad rahey ke piyaz ko sirf narm karna hai, fry nahin.

Pani, narm hui piyaz aur timatar blender mein daal kar blend karlein. Blend karney key baad inko pighlay huay mukhan mein daal dein. Chicken powder aur pissi hui kali mirch daal kar adhay ghantey key liay pukaen.

1 tsp mukhan frying pan mein dalein. Jab mukhan pighal jaye to timatar, 1/2 tsp salt, aur 1/2 tsp kali mirch upper daal dein. Jab tak timatar sookh na jayein jab tak fry kartey rahein.

Jab soup tayyar hojaye to sookhay huay timatar daal dein aur saath mein doodh bhi daal dein. 4 -5 minutes tak pakaen. Lejeya soup tayyar!



Ingredients

Tomatoes 1 kg (take out three from this quantity and cut in slices. the rest of the tomatoes cut in 4s)
leek (type of spring onion but is bigger in size) 2 No.
Onion 1 big sized
butter 1 tbsp
1 cup milk
Chicken powder 2 tbsp (instead 4 no. chicken cubes)
black pepper pwd 1 tsp
1 1/2 jug water


Recipe:

Add butter in a pan. Heat it . Add few drops oil. Add leek, onion and slightly fry(saut) them it. Do not change the color only soften it.

Put water, sauted onions and tomatoes in a blender and blend well. Pour this back into the butter. Add chicken powder, black pepper powder and let it cook for half an hour

Put 1 tsp butter in a frying pan. When the butter melts add the tomatoes and sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp black pepper on top. Let it fry until the tomatoes are totally dried.

When the soup is ready put the dried tomatoes in it and add milk. Cook for 4 -5 minutes.

Add parsley and dish out.

Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

Ajza:

Chicken 1 pound
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Namak ½ tsp
Kali Mirch 1-2 tsp
Hara Piyaz 4

Dip*
Mayonnaise
Tobasco sauce
Eik Chutki Kali Mirch
Acha tarhan mix karlein

Tarkeeb:

Chicken ko namak aur kali mirch daal kar ubal lein. Chicken aur baki ajza mila lein. Ab milay huay mixture ko doubleroti key slice par laga lein.Dono kinaron par mayonnaise lagain aur sandwich maker mein golden brown karlein. Sath mein french fries ke saath serve karein. Upper sey banay hua dip* daal dein.



Ingredients:

Chicken 1 pound boiled with salt and black pepper and then shredded
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Cream cheese 3 tbsp
Mustard paste ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper 1.2 tsp
Spring onion 4 no. (green part)

Dip*
Mayonnaise
Tobasco sauce
Pinch of black pepper
Mix well

Recipe:

Mix all ingredients together. Put the mixture on a slice and put the other slice on top. Put mayonnaise on both sides of the sandwich and grill in the sandwich maker to golden brown. Serve with french fries and iceberg lettuce. Dizzle the dip* on top.
