Ajzah:
75 gms makhan
75 gms Maida
1/3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
5 anday

4 tbsp pissi hui cheeni (75 gms)
Tarqeeb:
Maida, pissi cheeni aur baking powder ko achi tarahn mila lein. Phir usmein ahista ahista saaray anday daalein aur phentay rahain. Phir usmein makhan, vanilla essence aur food colour bhi daal ker phent lein.
Ek baking pan mein halka sey tayl laga ker usmein yeh saara mixture daal dein aur 200 degree Centrigade per 20 minute ke liye rakh dein.
Agar chahein to muffins per yeh Chocolate sauce bhi daal dein.
Chocolate sauce:
50 gms makhan
3-4 tbsp doodh
150 gms cooking chocolate
3 tblsp pissi cheeni
Pehlay ek pan mein makhan, thora sa doodh aur cooking chocolate daal ker pakayein jab tak ke chocolate pighal naa jaye. Phir usmein pissi cheeni daalein aur phir sey thora sa doodh daal ker achi tarahn mila lein. Chocolate sauce tayaar hai.
English Translation
Ingredients:
75 gms Butter
75 gms Plain flour
1/3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
5 eggs
a pinch of food colour,
4 tbsp castor sugar (75 gms)
Method:
In a bowl, take maida, castor sugar and baking powder and mix it well. Now add the eggs gradually whilst beating. Add butter, vanilla essence and food colour and beat them well. Now take a baking pan, grease it with oil and add the mixture in it. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degree for 20 minutes.
In the end, dip the muffins in the chocolate sauce(optional).
Chocolate sauce:
50 gms butter
3-4 tbsp milk
150 gms cooking chocolate
3 tblsp castor sugar
In a pan, take butter, add milk and cooking chocolate and heat it till the chocolate melts. Now add 3 tbsp castor sugar and add some more milk in it and mix it well. The chocolate sauce is ready.
