Double Chocolate

Ajza:

300 gms dark chocolate(chotay tukray)
190 ml fresh cream
2 tbsp coffee
4 Anday ki sufaidi
2 tbsp icing sugar

Tarqeeb:

Dark chocolate aur fresh cream ko double-boiler mein daalein and mixture ko hilate rahein jab tak pighal na jae. Phir us mein coffee daal dein aur thori deer hulka thanda honay rakh dein. Anday ki sufaidi ko achi tarhan phait lain.Ahista sey chocolate mixture aur icing sugar phittay huay anday ki sufaidi mein daalein. Mixture ko kisi glass mein nikal lein aur thunda kar key serve karein.



Ingredients:

300 gms dark chocolate, broken
190 ml fresh cream
2 tbsp coffee
4 egg whites
2 tbsp icing sugar

Recipe:

Put chocolate and fresh cream in a double-boiler and stir till melted. Add coffee and allow it to cool slightly. Whisk egg whites till stiff. Slowly add the chocolate mixture and icing sugar in stiffed egg whites. Pour the mixture into a glass and cool.
