Sesame Fried Fish

1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder(lehsan ka powder)
1 tsp namak
1 tsp agino moto
2 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp white pepper
Bread crumbs

Tarqeeb:
Eggs may soya sauce, namak, agino moto, mustard paste, garlic powder aur white pepper ko mix ker key achi terha phent lain. Phir is batter ko fish pay laga dain. lemo ka rus bhi is fish per nichor dein aur achi terha mix karian. Phir is fish ko 3-4 hours ke liye chor dein.
Oil garam karlain. Marinated fish ko sab say pehlay bread crumbs may roll karain. Phir fish ko eggs walay mixture aur til may roll karain. Phir fish ko oil main halki aanch per shallow fry kerlein.



ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

Ingredients:
Fish
2 eggs
2 lemon
1 tbsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chinese salt
2 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp white pepper
Bread crumbs
Sesame seeds
Oil

Method:
Put soya sauce, salt, chinese salt, mustard paste, garlic powder and white pepper in the eggs. Beat well. Now pour this batter over the fish. Also pour the lemon juice on the fish. Marinate the fish well and leave the fish for 3-4 hours.
Heat the oil. Roll the marinated fish in bread crumbs and the remaining egg batter. Then roll the fish in sesame seeds and shallow fry the fish on low flame.
