Chicken Tikka Pizza

Pizza ka aata:
2 cup maida (ek pao)
1 tsp cheeni
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp namak
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp zaitoon ka tayl
1 anda
1 tbsp sookha doodh
1/2 cup neem garam paani

Yeast aur cheeni ko garam paani mein mila ker 10 min ke liye chorr dein.
Maida, sookha doodh, namak, anda, oregano, zaitoon ka tayl, yeast aur cheeni ka mixture in sab cheezon ko ek mila ker achi tarahn ghoond lein aur 2-3 ghantay ke liye chorr dein.


Ajzah:
1 kg boneless chicken (cubes mein kati hui)
1/2 tsp namak
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tbsp lemo ka ras
1tsp pissi hui laal mirch
1 tsp lehsan adrak ka paste
1/2 tsp pissi hui kaali mirch
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp tayl
1/2 tsp kaala namak
1/2 tsp jaiphal, jawatri

Tarqeeb:
Saaray ajzah ko apas mein mila lein aur phir chicken cubes per cut laga ker saara masala chicken per laga ker 2-3 ghantay ke liye chorr dein. Oven mein 180°C per 30 min ke liye bake ker lein.

1 pyaaz(cubes mein kati hui)
2 cup mozerella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese

Pizza ke atay ko 12 inch ke pan mein laga dein. Usper Pizza sauce* laga dein aur phir chicken, pyaaz aur dono cheese bhi daal dein.
Phir 250°C per 20 min ke liye pre-heated oven mein rakh dein.

*Pizza sauce:
1/2 cup tomato puree (ya phir 4 timatar ko blend kerlein baghair beej aur chilkay ke)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 lehsan ke jawe
1 tsp pissi hui laal mirch
1/2 tsp namak
1 choti pyaaz (ubaal ker blend kerlein)
1/2 tsp oregano

Ooper diye gaye saaray ajzah ko achi tarahn paka lein jab tak ke gaarha sa paste naa ban jaye.



ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

Dough for pizza:

2 cups of plain flour
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp yeast
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
1 tbsp dry milk powder
1/2 cup warm water

Mix yeast and sugar in warm water and leave for 10 min.
Sift plain flour, milk powder, salt, egg, oregano, oil, mixture of yeast and sugar(with water). Mix well. Make a smooth dough and leave for 2-3 hours for rising.

Ingredients:

1 kg boneless chicken in cubes
1/2 teasppon salt
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garam masala
2 table spoon oil
1/2 teaspoon black salt
1/2 teaspoon jaiphil,jawatari

Method:
Make cuts on chicken pieces and marinate with masala(mixture of all the other ingredients) for 2-3 hours then barbecue or bake in oven at 180°C for 30 min and smoke them with charcoal.

Take 1 onion and cut in cubes.
Also take 2 cup mozerella cheese and 1 cup chedder cheese.

After the chicken is done, spread the dough in a 12 inch pizza pan and then prick the dough with a fork. Spread Pizza sauce* on it. Put the chicken tikka pieces, onion and both the cheese.
Bake for 20 min at 250°C in a preheated oven.

*Pizza sauce :
1/2 cup tomato puree /or 4 tomatoes blended with out skin and seeds
1/4 cup ketchup
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 small size onion boiled and blended
1/2 tsp oregano

Cook all the above ingredients till they thicken.
