Cheesy Potato Balls

Ajzah:
1 kg ublay hue Aalo
4 tbsp makhan (pighla hua)
1 & 1/2 tsp pissi hui kaali mirch
1 packet chedder cheese (kaddo-kash hue wi)

namak

Coating: Nimko sawaiyan ya til ya breadcrumbs.

Tarqeeb:
Aalo ko mash kerlein. Usmein pighla hua makhan, namak aur pissi hui kaali mirch mila lain. Phir usmein cheese bhi mila lein. Achi tarahn mix karain aur unki balls bana lein. Balls ko phittay hue anday mein lapait ker til ya phir bread crumbs mein roll kerlein. Phir in balls ko golden brown honay tak deep fry kerlein.



ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

Ingredients:
1 kg boiled potatoes
4 tbsp melted butter
1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper
1 packet grated chedder cheese
eggs
black pepper & salt
butter
Coating:Choice of Nimko sawaiyan or sesame seeds or breadcrumbs

Method:
Mash the potatoes. Add melted butter,salt & black pepper.Add the grated cheese. Mix well. Make balls. Dip in beaten egg & coat with either sesame seeds, breadcrumbs or sawaiyan. Deep fry till golden brown.
