Bengali Gravy Fish

Ajzah:

Machli
Coconut milk
1 packet coconut crème
lehsan adrak ka paste
1/2 tsp sufaid zeera
1/2 tsp haldi
2 tbsp pissi hui laal mirch
4-5 hari mirch
1 tsp namak
4 tbsp dahi
1 tsp kastoori meethi
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp meethi dana

3-4 bari elaichi

Tarqeeb:

Ek pan mein thora sa oil lein, usmein kari patta, meethi dana, sufaid zeera aur pyaaz daal dein. Jab pyaaz golden brown hojaye to ussey nikaal lein.
Ab coconut milk, lehsan aur adrak ka paste and tali hui pyaaz ko blend kerlein aur phir sey oil mein daal dein. Ab pissi hui laal mirch, haldi, namak, bari elaichi aur laung bhi ismein daal dein. Phir dahi aur Machli daal ker halki aanch per paknay rakh dein. Aakhir mein hari mirch, garam masala, kastoori meethi aur coconut crème bhi usmein daal dein.



ENGLISH TRANSLATION:

Ingredients:
Fish
Coconut milk
1 packet coconut crème
Ginger & garlic paste
1/2 tsp white cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp red chilli
4-5 Green chilli
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp curd
1 tsp kastoori meethi
1 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp meethi dana
cloves
3-4 cardamom
onions
bay leaf

Method:

Pour some oil in a pan, include bay leaf, meethi dana, white cumin and onions. Let the onion be golden fry, and then take it out from the pan.
Now blend coconut milk, ginger & garlic paste and golden brown onions together. Include this in oil. Now add red chilli, turmeric powder, salt, cardamom and cloves in it. Add curd and fish and leave it to cook on low flame. After that add green chilli, garam masala, kastoori meethi and coconut crème in it.
