Doughnut

Ajzah:
2 cup maida
1 & 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/8 tsp daarcheeni powder
1/8 tsp namak
1/2 cup pissi hui cheeni
3 tbsp Makhan
1 anda
1/4 cup dhoodh

Tarqeeb:

A)Pehlay maida, baking powder, namak, daarcheeni powder aur dhoodh ko mila lein

B)Phir alag sey anda aur makhan mila ker usmein cheeni daal dein.

Ab in dono ameezon ko apas mein mila ker ghoondh lein. Phir isko 20 min ke liye Freezer mein rakh dein. Nikaal ker doughnut ki shape mein kaat ker deep fry ker lein.



English Translation:

Ingredients:
2 cup flour
1 & 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp cinnamon powder
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup castor sugar
3 tbsp butter
1 egg
1/4 cup milk

Method:

A)Mix flour, Baking powder, salt, cinnamon powder & milk together.

B)Mix egg and butter separately .Add sugar in it and mix well.

Now add the above both mixtures together.
The dough is ready. Keep it in the Freezer for 20 min. Then roll it and cut it into doughnut's shape. Deep Fry.
