2 tsp pissi hui kaali mirch
namak
1 tsp agino moto
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
7-8 tbsp mayai ka aata
Tarqeeb:
Anday, soya sauce, namak, kaali mirch, agino moto aur chilli sauce ko chicken mein daal ker achi tarahn mila lein. Phir usper makayi ka aata daalein, itna ke wo poori chicken ko cover ker ley. Phir chicken ko 1 ghantay ke liye chorr dein. Phir deep fry kerlein.
English Translation
Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 kg Chicken wings
2 Eggs
2 tsp black pepper(grinded)
Salt to taste
1 tsp chinese salt(optional)
2 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp chilli sauce
7-8 tbsp corn flour
Method:
For marination, add eggs, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, chinese salt and chilli sauce in the chicken and mix them well. Now add corn flour till all the chicken is covered with it. Keep it for around 1 hour and then deep fry it.
