½ kg baghair haddi ki chicken
1 tsp namak
1 tsp pissi kaali mirch
1 tsp pissi laal mirch
1 tsp lehsan adrak ka paste
2 tbs soya sauce

Tarqeeb:
1. Chicken mein namak, kaali mirch, pissi laal mirch, lehsan adrak ka paste aur soya sauce mila ker halki aanch ker paka lein.
2. Pyaaz, shimla mirch, timatar aur chicken ko lakri ki sticks per laga lein.
3. Ek anday ko phent ker usmein thora sa paani, chutki bhar namak, sufayd mirch aur agino moto mila lein.
4. Shashlick sticks ko is mixture mein roll karein. Phir unhein bread crumbs mein roll ker key fry kerlein.

Ingredients:
½ kg boneless chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp chopped Red chillies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tbs soya sauce
onion (chopped)
capsicum (chopped)
tomato (chopped)
1 egg
Pinch of Salt
White Pepper
Chinese salt
Bread crumbs
Method:
1.In a pan, add boneless chicken, salt, black pepper, red chillies, ginger garlic paste & soya sauce. Cover & steam on low heat.
2. Skew the onion, capsicum, tomato and pieces of steamed chicken on wooden skewers.
3. Beat an egg, add some water, pinch of salt & a little white pepper & Chinese salt.
4. Dip the shashlick stick in the egg & then roll in breadcrumbs.
5. Deep fry till light golden brown.
