Chocolate Cake

Ajzah:
1½ cup Maida
1½ cup Castor sugar
4 Anday
4 tbsp Cocoa powder
1½ tsp Baking powder
Namak
½ cup Makhan
3-4 katray Vanilla Essence
1 cup Tayl
1½ tbsp Coffee
Maple Syrup

Tarqeeb:
Ek bowl mein anday daal dein. Andon ko phent ker usmein Vanilla Essence daal dein. Thora sa tayl daalein aur makhan pighla ker daal dein aur phir castor sugar bhi daal ker achi tarahn phent lein.

Maiday mein cocoa powder, baking powder, coffee aur namak daalein. In sab ko achi tarahn mix kerlein. Phir is mixture ko andon ke mixture mein ahista ahista daalein. Achi tarahn fold(mix) karein. Phir pan ko grease kerkey , mixture ko usmein daal dein aur phir 225°C per 35 mins ke liye bake karein. Jab cake ban jaye to usper sauce* daal dein.

Sauce*:
1 ounce Makhan fry pan mein daalien. Usmein 3- 3½ tbsp cocoa powder daalein. Thora sa pani daalein. 4- 5 tsp brown sugar aur 4 tbsp maple syrup bhi daaldein. Halki anch per paka lein.



English Translation:

Ingredients:
1½ cup Plain flour
1½ cup Castor sugar
4 Eggs
4 tbsp Cocoa powder
1½ tsp Baking powder
Salt
½ cup Butter
3-4 drops Vanilla Essence
1 cup Oil
1½ tbsp Coffee
Maple Syrup

Method:
Beat the eggs. Add vanilla essence, oil, melted butter and castor sugar in it. Beat well.

Add cocoa powder, baking powder, coffee and salt in the plain flour. Now add this mixture gradually in the Eggs mixture. Keep folding the mixture while adding. Pour this mixture in a greased pan and bake at 225°C for 35 mins. Pour the sauce* over the baked cake.

Sauce* :
Take 1 ounce Butter in a frying pan. Add 3- 3½ tbsp cocoa powder, a little amount of water, 4- 5 tsp brown sugar and 4 tbsp Maple syrup in it. Cook at low flame.
