Ajzah:
4 burger buns
Salaad key pattay
Kheera
Paneer
4 chicken breasts
1 tsp Namak
1/2 tsp Kaali Mirch(pissi hui)
1/2 tsp Safaed Mirch(pissi hui)
1 tsp Mustard paste
1 tsp Agino moto
Tarqeeb:
Chicken ko namak, kaali mirch, safaed mirch, mustard paste aur agino moto mein mila lein aur 2 ghantay ke liye chorr dein.
Thora sa tayl daal ker chicken ko halki aanch per paka lein.
Amaizay ke liye:
2 anday
5-6 tbsp Dhoodh
1/2 cup Makayi ka atta
1/2 tsp Agino moto
1/2 tsp Namak
1/2 tsp pissi hui kaali mirchein
1/2 tsp Baking powder
In saaray ajzah ko mila lein. Chicken ko in ajzah mein milain aur phir chicken ko maida mein mila ker deep fry ker lein.
Burger ke buns ko thoray makhan aur tayl ke saath halka sa senk lein aur unkey burgers bana lein.
English Translation:
Ingredients:
4 burger buns
Salad leaves
Cucumber
Cheese slices
4 chicken breast fillets
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp mustard paste
1 tsp Chinese salt
Method:-
1. Marinate the chicken breast fillets in salt, black pepper, white pepper,mustard paste & Chinese salt & leave it for 2 hours.
2.Steam the chicken.Add some oil to the chicken when you steam it.
For the batter:-
2 eggs
5-6 tbs Milk
1/2 cup Cornflour
1/2 tsp Chinese salt
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black pepper(grinded)
1/2 tsp Baking powder
Mix all the above ingredients.
Dip each steamed chicken fillet into the batter & then roll in plain white flour.Shallow fry.
For the burger buns:- Grill the sides of the buns in a grill pan with some butter & oil.
