1-2 anday
4 tbsp makayi ka aata
4 tbsp maida
2 tbsp Sirka
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp Chilli sauce
1/2 tsp pissi hui kaali mirch
1/2 tsp sey thora zayada Mustard powder
2 tsp white pepper
4-5 lehsan ke jaway (pissey hue ya kattay hue)
1 tsp namak
Ajino moto
1 tbsp tayl
Tarqeeb:
1. Murghi ko tayl, agino moto, lehsan ke jaway, sirka, namak aur white pepper ke saath dum dey dein.
2. Phir Anday, chilli sauce, soya sauce, white pepper, kaali mirch, mustard paste, maida, makayi ka ata aur chicken cubes ko mila lein. Agar mixture buhat garha hojaye to usmein 2-3 tbsp dhoodh mila lein.

English Translation:
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken (cut it in square shape pieces)
1-2 Eggs
4 tbsp Corn flour
4 tbsp Plain flour
2 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Soya sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp Chilli sauce
1/2 tsp Black pepper
More than 1/2 tsp Mustard powder
2 tsp White pepper
4-5 Garlic cloves (paste or finely chopped)
1 tsp Salt
Chinese salt
2 Chicken cubes
1 tbsp Oil
Method:
1. Steam the chicken pieces with Oil (1 tb sp), Chinese salt, garlic cloves, vinegar, salt & white pepper.
2. Make a mixture of eggs, chilli sauce, Soya sauce, white pepper, black pepper, mustard paste, Plain flour, corn flour & chicken cubes. If this mixture becomes too thick then add 2-3 tbsp of milk.
3. Coat the steamed chicken pieces with this mixture, deep fry and serve.
