Blue Colada/ Pina Colada

Ajzah:
1 chota tin(8 oz.) Coconut cream (ya 2 tbsp coconut milk powder)
1 tbsp pissi hui cheeni
chund katray blue food colour
8 oz. Ananaas ka ras (2 cup ke qareeb)
1/4 tsp Pineapple essence
2 scoops Vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup baraf

Tarqeeb:
In sab ajzah ko blender mein daal ker blend kerlein. Thanda kerkey cherries aur ananaas oper sey daal dein.
Mazaydaar Blue Colada tayaar!
Khaali Pina Colada bananay ke liye blue colour mat daalein.



English Translation

Ingredients:
1 small tin of 8 oz. Coconut cream (Or 2 tbsp coconut milk powder)
1 tbsp Caster sugar
Few drops Blue food color
8 oz. Pineapple juice (Around 2 cups)
1/4 tsp Pineapple essence
2 scoops Vanilla ice-cream
1/2 cup Crushed ice

Method:
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend well. Serve chilled, garnished with cherries and cubes of pineapple, Blue Colada.
Don't add blue colour if you wish to make Pina Colada.
